Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery

Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Late return requests (beyond the 3-day window)
• Used, damaged, or tampered products

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• In all other cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Always check the package upon delivery. If it’s visibly damaged, take a photo and report it immediately.
