Refunds Policy
Madhu Nivarak Churan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product you receive is authentic, fresh, and securely packaged. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery
Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Late return requests (beyond the 3-day window)
- Used, damaged, or tampered products
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product
- Our team will verify the request and guide you on the return process
- Once the product is received and approved, the refund will be processed

Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
❗ Important Notes
- Always check the package upon delivery. If it’s visibly damaged, take a photo and report it immediately.
- Do not accept tampered or opened packages from the delivery partner.
